I have a board exam for general surgery. I would like to know the best way to approach this exam. I have my five books that I photoread. Do I activate the books? or do I just keep on PR. I visualize myself everyday passing the exam and becoming board certified. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

If the books you are referring to required knowledge for the exam I'd activate them and would PR/direct learn from additonal books on the same topic/alternate textbooks.

Definately visualise yourself passing the exam and becoming certified on a daily basis.

Don't stress yourself into thinking you have to PR the textbooks that you are DLing from on a daily basis. If you only manage it once then that's enough. A couple of DL sessions on different books is an excellent move.

To be sure that you get all the beenfits from your visualization: do it in the associated state! This means that you see all images through your own eyes, hear through your own ears and HAVE THE FEELINGS you will have in the situation. ...especially have the feelings...!

Seeing yourself, from outside, passing the exam, does not help you any. -purjo

Use the questions in the PhRing course to stimulate your search for important info. Eg., What in here can help me pass my exam? What additional info do i need in such and such an area? There are some excellent questions in the PhRing course and in the book to find needed info.

Try to get ahold of previous exams and do them.

good luck
