I just photoread it. Scrolling down gave me a 'reading' speed of 5214 resulting in 91% comprehension. I learned a lesson about second guessing too... would have scored 100% if I'd have stuck with my first answer.
Honestly though the questions seem to be logical rather than comprehension.
