Same goes with me, I don't know how to listen to the tape either. I just sit back and listen to the right side, not the story side. I'm guessing that while I listen to one side with my concious side of my brain, the other information goes into the creative side of my brain. Also, is this tape supposed to be emotional support? Sometimes when I listen to the tape I challenge Paul's words. For example, "I just flipped through a whole book in 5 minutes, and I'm supposed to think that all the information is mine?" or "Am I supposed to believe every word he says or just sit and listen and not think?"
