I have been getting strange headaches lately. Last night I prepared, previewed, and photoread twice (upside down and rightside up) a book at about 8:30pm. That night I had a headache on the right side of my head (hmm, right brain?) the entire night until I went to sleep at around 12am. Now, 5pm, I have a headache in the left side of my brain after previewing a second time and photoreading for my third time the same book about 15 minutes ago. Does this happen to anyone else?
Also, I seem to get very frustrated while turning the pages in my book and my legs are very very very restless while photoreading. When I turn the pages sometimes I have to squeeze a bit to separate them and it gets really frustrating trying to keep state, chant, and tear pages apart. I know that you shouldnt worry about it pages getting stuck but I get worried anyways, and it unrelaxes me :/. I don't know what's going on with my legs, but when I'm photoreading I want to just get up and run off or something. I'm not reading a book that would give me these kinds of emotions, this is a restless feeling I have when doing other things, like sitting in a chair at school.
I'm photoreading "How to Study" by Ron Fry if anyone might need to know.
