Even for just one question I've found it faster using photoreading to find the answer than just searching through the book. With the question formed in my mind as I photoread I find myself quickly drawn back to the answer once my inner mind has found it. That way I can find the information in less than 3 minutes. A curiosity what the book is about is an unasked question.

The superreading and skittering part are not so much pulling information out of the book, rather using the book to pull the information from the inner mind to the conscious mind.
