Pete, which paraliminals could I use to help with indecisiveness? I've always had trouble making up my mind, but lately it seems to be getting worse.

Even with simple things, too. For example, it's an ordeal to decide between which two of X to buy; where do you want to eat; do you want to X or Y; etc.

Help!

I know the feeling!

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!

"You might be right- I can't decide!" -Arthur Bach (Dudley Moore) upon being told that alcohol affects decision-making.

But really, Pete- a little help?

Hi J!

You obviously have a sense of humor so I'll try and write something more useful this time.

I know it's not paraliminal, but have you ever used the Sedona Method? It is all about releasing the feelings, layer by layer, that get in the way of life. Well, it just struck me that, if you face indecision over something then you must be having lots of feelings related to each of the things that you are trying to decide between. If you release on each thing, it might clear the way for you to see what you really do want or what would benefit you the most. Just an idea.

Also, for the big decisions, I remember something that Deepak Chopra said in "The Seven Spiritual Laws Of Success". He said that when we have a choice to make our bodies have a built-in mechanism that guides us to make the right choice, if we would just take the time to put it into practice. He said that we geta feeling either in the area of the solar plexus, or, more commonly, in the area of the heart, that will either be a good feeling or a bad feeling. If you get a bad feeling don't make that particular choice. If you get a good feeling, that's a green light and that is the choice to make for you.

Did it help?

The Sedona Method is very good. Thousands of our customers have tried it, which is one of the reasons we asked Hale Dwoskin to contribute to the Euphoria program. He teaches how to Release on Euphoria, which is the first time the process was available outside of his full course.

About Deepak Chopra--he just gave us an endorsement of Chunyi Line and Spring Forest Qigong.
