Yep, yep. Just thought I'd mention that. Got a progress report a few days ago, and report cards are coming soon. Just thought I'd say that...to anyone who's skeptical. English is the class that I get to use PhotoReading the most in, and that is definitely the reason that I've recieveda 97 average.

Some of my last few grades have been essays over short stories read in class which I've made the following grades on:

98,100,100

"good job!" and "great detail!" were two of the comments my teacher added. I bet Pete and Paul are really proud. *Sob.*

I've probably been using the system for somewhere close to a year now. I'd say...hrm...maybe 9-10 months? Possibly even over a year, I haven't really kept perfect track.

I began late last school year and was able to bring my Science from a 72 to a 92, but this year, I've gotten even better with the system.

I'm not sure I know what you're talking about Margaret, but if you're referring to my lovely tutor - well...yeah, she really makes things harder and worse. In fact, right now I have low B's and A's. Without her, I imagine I'd be a whole lot closer to straight A's. Her methods are horrible, and combined with my dad and how he keeps pushing me, it makes things harder than just 'learning.'

I've got other things, too. That 97 is the highest average that I'm aware of me having. I would have things that are a lot closer. My lowest is an 81. Most days, I have a death of a time concentrating. Things like my dad, and the break up of my ex-girlfriend have really gotten to me. In a lot of ways, I feel like I've been ripped apart in a tug of war between 4-6 different sides in my life. Hurts pretty bad.

Then whenever I ask for help, all people ever seem to do is tell me how much worse their life is than mine. I was more surprised than anyone to have a 97. I actually thought I had something along the lines of a 80-87.

My best friend Kyle is always telling me I complain too much and about the wrong things. My father thinks I'm doing great in school, but there are things I've thought about him that I shouldn't say on a public board. I guess a lot of people call me crazy for being in pain over some of the things I am in pain about, but...anyway!

Yeah, that tutor...ugh....

Oh! And as an edit:that *sob* up there is just a little joke. Heh. But...I guess the above is already out there. (I didn't see it. Hehe.)

Youngprer, just hang in there & time will befriend you. How often is that tutor at your home? Isn't it funny. Here you say you'd be doing better w/o her & your father is in the dark. That's one frustrating situation.

So sob is sob and not sol---ok
