I photoread a book and tried to super read and dip. Also, I tried skittering. But heres the problem. Because I move so fast down the paragraphs, it seems like I'm not getting anything! Nothing attracts to me even though I stated a very clear purpose and questions. Its only been 3 days since I'm trying to photoread so maybe this could be the problem. I'm not stressin it because paul says not to. However, super reading seems (honestly) very pointless to me right now. I really cant see how this can work! Nothing makes sense~!~!
So, plz help me...
I can photo read just fine, but I just can't activate it. I mean, its like "BLANK" when i try to activate.
Thanks... T_T

You might like to tell us what questions you formed from your trigger words. Since by superreading and dipping you are searching for answers to the questions you formed from your trigger words. A place to start is finding any occasions where your see your trigger word and seeing if that answers any of your questions.

In any case it would seem to me you created some blocks with some strong negative self talk...

Rephrase;-- I can see superreading working for me once I understand and have tried it a few times. I haven't activated the text yet, seeing its my first attempt I'm sure I'll see some results shortly.

The trick is to allow yourself to see the trigger words/answers while you are glancing over the text using superreading or skittering. When you see a word or group of words, read that section and see if that answers a question, then move on. In the beginning you might find yourself dipping more till you develop the the inner mind conscious mind connection.

Since you seem to be blocking on knowning when to dip I suggest you make it a point to go in and read (yes regular read) a few words in each paragraph. See if what you read answers any of your questions if so keep reading till you got enough (usually a sentance or 2) and then move on. In other words allow your superreading to be fast enough that you that you avoid reading all the words yet slow enough that can recognise one or two word so that you can make associations with your trigger words/questions. Sometimes you get the feeling you missed something and need to read something on the page before. Trust that feeling go back and have another look at that page.

Remember that activation is done in layers. The first couple usually seem a bit vague until you become more familiar with the material. So while you may seem to be drawing a blank rest assured you are becomming familar with the text. Stick with the full activation session that you set yourself if you said 20 minutes stay with it for the full 20 minutes and allow yourself the chance to see results, however small they may look at first. It builds.
