There are plenty of options. Spring Forest Qigong for depression and help with overcoming physical ailments. Natural Brilliance for releasing pains and rediscovering your goals. Ideal Mindset which comes with excellent coaching how to use the paralimals along with goals for a goal of getting over pain/moving on. The Euphoria tapes can lift the spirits. A selection of paraliminals such as Belief, Anxiety Free, Health, Self Esteem Supercharger, New behaviour Generator.

Even the Sedona Method is good for releasing both physical and emotional pains. When it came to just getting over pain mainly emotional because of the many problems I had faced in my life I found the Sedona Method helped me with the grieving process. Looking for a goal wasn't the answer at that point in my life. Once I was able to handle the pain I found myself opening up to having goals again. The LSC courses followed on where the Sedona Method for me was complete.

Without knowing exactly your purpose it's difficult to recommend one good course. Why not contact LSC and mention your desire/purpose to someone live, they can probably better recommend a single course that will meet your immediate needs.

Actually, QiGong, I believe, is one of the big things here. Go check it out.

I'd look at the paraliminals for something like that. Possibly the Belief tape. I personally don't recommend pushing through the bodies pain threshold. It's there for a reason. To warn you your a risking permanent physical ingury. Used wisely to build up stamina and endurance I think the Belief tape could be helpful as might the New Behaviour Generator (to get you into a proper training program). Check the paraliminals you might find one that resonates with you, that might help you toward your goal. It is better to use a tool to build up your endurance and stamina (ie. build on the skills you already have) than to try to get rid of or ignore something that may well be in your best interest to be aware of.

ferwerda,
Interesting question. I ran the Twin Cities marathon two weeks ago and felt better than I have in the past four I've done. I attribute a great deal of this to listening to New Behavior Generator, and also to regularly doing Spring Forest Qigong.

Both have given me the ability to relax and focus. I love running and racing, but there is one thing I do not like about racing, and that is that I get very distracted by other people around me. I feel stress as soon as I feel someone running too close or I can hear footsteps behind me. I listened to NBG specifically with the purpose of staying relaxed and focused instead of stress. And it worked! I also was able to focus on feeling strong, and relaxed, which helped to run without feeling any pain. Of course, I do not recommend running through serious pain, but I've learned to listen to my body, and focus on staying relaxed. And I truly believe that I've been able to make these changes due to Paraliminals and practicing Qigong. Qigong, after all, is all about focus and discipline and well-being.

thanks a lot for your help.... im starting a tai chi course in a weeks time... its just that when i do physical sport for example rowing, during a rowing machine test, i fear pain and thus i dont extend myself. Originally i was able to let go and give it all i had but lately i just stay in my comfort zone because of my fear for pain... i really love the sport but i cant get over the pain barrier...the fear of feeling pain. anyone have suggestions? thanks a lot!

In that case I suggest the Anxiety Free tape along with the New Behaviour Generator. Use anxiety free to get over the fear that you've recently devloped.
