I would like to raise the same question that Toaster asks. Is there someone out there who is highly technical that can post his/her experience with PR and Technical Books? I am a CCIE and MCSE who have spent hundreds of hours reading technical books, and I am really excited about the PR concepts. People in my field have to constantly update their technical knowledge and many times have to pick up books with topics that they have never seen and are HIGHLY complex. We have to go beyond just reading the books in order to answer questions in the back of each chapter or be able to tell you what page a certain topic is on. We must KNOW and internalize the technical information and translate this into real world situations. Can PR do this? Is there not anyone out there who can give specific examples of how PR has helped in their field? Please do not the just give theoretical step-by-step processes on how to read technical books. For example: I took 2 hours and photo-read an Oreilly book called “DNS and BIND” a couple months back, and because I really understood the information, I was able to translate that knowledge into a real-world solution for my company and did………..

P.S. I hope that I am not asking for too much. I just think that this course sounds wonderful and would like more feedback.
