That's what I meant, really, though I obviously didn't make myself clear. As I recall, we were told to look above only for thick books. Without the blip, I lost touch with keeping soft focus soon after the course. I easily achieved a wide peripheral vision, but the book usually remained in hard focus for me. Just curious...do you know if they have changed the course since, say...eight years ago? Thanks!
