If your reading material contains triggers words that are common, such as the word "duty," will your mind still be attracted to that word in the same way as if it were a unique word, such as heliotrope?
In other words, is it simply the act of writing down a trigger word, no matter how unique the word, that is the key to your mind picking up on it?
