hi,
with so many courses and books on what will work and what wont does anyone here know just 2 or 3 methods that can be followed and that will help and will be enough. i see PR, Einstein Factor, Silva method, Harry Lorayne, Kenneth Higbee etc etc. what should i follow. i know personally that Harry L works. I am doing Pr now and i have done silva also . so any suggestions on 2 or 3 methods that will work? i am saying Harry Loraine, PR will be enough. what do u guys think?

For you, if you're comfortable, and it works, that may be enough. For other people, it may take more. Like I've indicated many times, "the more tools that are in your toolbox, the better the success rate for completing a task".
