if that book is not available choose any book by lorayne on memory. it should all be the same. pls read the review so you will get an idea on what the book is actually abt first though. "The Memory Book
by Harry Lorayne, Jerry Lucas" seems to be the same book as far as the ideas are concerned so i guess that will do.
