I sometimes feel itchy while and in the accelerative learning state. What should I do? I find it extremely hard to just let it go and don't scratch it.
Also I find myself blurring my eyes while diverging them on purpose so as not to notice the words on the page. Does reading the words accidentally, chuck you out of the accelerative learning? You know one strike and your out.
