Gozel, on the direct learning thing. PR a few more books on chest if you can (in one sitting) include the 2 you have already PRed. You will most probably notice it building over a period of time. Just remember the closing affirmation from page 51 of the PhotoReading book. They seemed to have helped me in direct learning.
