Hello people!
Got the pring book several weeks ago but I haven't really had a chance to try it out cause of school etc. Ive read the book though and had a few attempts at pring but Im not sure Im doing it right.

first of all, the whole relaxing thing just doesn't work with me. I do what it says in the book but i never seem to fell anymore relaxed than I did in the first place, in fact most of the time I get more stressed because Im so aware that Im not relaxed and I should be. The trouble is I get frustrated VERY easily when I cant do things- always have done. If Im trying to pread a book and I don't think Im doing it right or I think Im not relaxed enough I usually put (throw) the book down, get v.stressed and go play on my computer.

Secondly Im not sure about this photofocus thing. I can diverge my eyes no problem but the tangerine tech. doesn't seem to make any difference as i dont notice any change in my prfrl. vision and the pages dont look any different to normmal. Im also incredibly bad at turning pages- usually end up turning two at a time etc.

Also I notice that when im trying to pread my eyes tend to be looking quite high up on the pages and I can barely see the bottom, so I lower my eyes and then realise Im no longer concentrating on the book etc. and basically it all goes wrong. Im also not sure whether when i havemyt eyes diverged the words should be clear or blurred as I can switch between both- but as I turn the pages it tends to get blurry.

Also I was wondering if the fact that im a bit doubtful about the pring system makes a difference. It's not that think pring DOESN'T work, its just that im not 100% convinced that it does. But Im prepared to believe

PS. I know some people have said that pring dictionaries can help you learn a language but I was wondering if it really does much good as there isnt really a way to preview etc. (Id like to do it to help with my Spanish GCSEs but I dont want to be wasting my time)
