Hi,

Does your dream help you remember what you photoread? If yes, how does it happen?

Hi!

"I just want to know if is easier to keep the state if I Be consciously with the tangerina in back and above my head?"

Why don't you try it? After all, you're the best judge of your response! Play with it. Don't try to force your attention there, but just be aware of the tangerine. Personally, I like to be aware of the tangerine, and it helps me maintain photofocus. Whatever works for you is good, but don't worry too much about the tangerine.
About keeping the state, you are probably better off focussing on the chant and deep breathing. I find it really important to remember to be open, both emotionally and physically. There will be times when your attention will lapse. No big deal. Just bring it back gently to the task at hand. Keep a slight smile on your face - for some reason I don't understand, it helps.
If you're feeling sleepy, you're probably nice and relaxed anyway, and that seems to be an indication that you are in the accelerated learning state. Just keep the photofocus. You sound as though you're doing great!

Cheers,
KWLee

Usually saying the chant and photofocusing keeps you in the state. Focusing on the back of the head while photoreading can be fun and it triggers the brain into action. Keep using photoreading, in time keeping the state and seeing the 4 corners will be easy.

Feeling sleepy while photoreading, yes you probably were photoreading. Your mind was relaxed, maybe even a little too relaxed. Just keep photoreading, try different times of day with practice you will find the right level of relaxed alertness for you.

Good for you, that you are noticing your dreams more since that means you are developing the inner mind conscious mind connections.

For the article on Memory Loss during Exams you're welcome

Abl25 well I Dreamed I think just twice about what I photoreaded.Once I PRed a textbook about geography and then I Dreamed with two politicians talking about the subject.

But I had been dreaming more than before. Before I Hardly remenber my dreans and now I do.

KWLee Thanks for the tip. I tested it today in a
textbook and It was easier to study( I Study about 30 min and mind map , it was just a Chapter aboaut 10 pages).

AlexK Thanks again
As I said above, I have tested and it was easier to study and see the four corners( Even
in a page A4 size). Well I´m Very happy with the system because I have been "practicing" only for 3 weeks and a half.( As you kwon same people find difficulties with the system ).
I think that my course of neurolinguistcs ( I have no idea how to write that) helped me a lot.
Just that guys
