Hi, I am spencer from Taiwan.
Hope you all could forgive my poor English..

I bought the PhotoRead book in Chinese, and I just read the book and practice the skills in it.
I saw you discussed the PR taps, but I have no budget to buy ones. I can't learn the skills from the taps.
Could I be a nice PRer in my case?

i do not see why you shouldn't be. just practise and you'll find your own variation to work with.

You can learn to photoread using the book. All the information you need is in there. Just apply the 5 steps as oulined in the chapters and you'll get the hang of it. See if you can find the 5 day test. Try that on a few books and you'll see how it works
