Can we PR without having reached the altered state of consciousness?
Is it sufficient that we just photoread a book without doing the other steps?
Has anybody heard of Howard Steven Berg, the author of super speedreading. He asserts that he can read a book at a level of 25000 WPM. He really reads it, but at a higher level. Can a men really read at that level? If it is possible, isn't it better than PR: this methods of reading gives you immidiately results (results of reading, with PR one must wait for results).
