if i'm listening on the second side of a paraliminal with two sides, (such as Belief or Relationships), do I need to take a break before listening to the other side or can i listen straight away?

My understanding is that one should wait at least 20 minutes between paraliminal sessions. I don't see any reason why it would make any difference wheather the session is a completely different paraliminal or the second side of a two sided paraliminal tape.

I usually wait a minimum of an hour between sessions because that simply feels right to me. If I try to listen to a second paraliminal within an hour of the first, I find that I have difficulty letting my mind relax and flow with the second tape. It's almost like the process becomes work instead of play and I get the feeling like I'm trying to force changes. So I wait at least an hour between paraliminals.

If I am activating a textbook then I will reward myself after three activation sessions with a paraliminal session. It's a little longer than the prescribed 15 minute break recomended by Paul Sheele but I usually can only manage three sessions at a time anyway because of my work schedule.

Hope this helps,
Gregory
