You can fire off the trigger just before opening your eyes and getting ready to photoread.(After entering the Accelerative Learning state). You can also fire it off when you are about to start activating a book. In fact try using it whenever you want to perform well when you think of it.
No, the triggers course had nothing to do with Anthony Robbins to my knowledge. I know that Altered States in NZ used to stock the course and it was provided in another course with a whole lot of other cd's I think you wind up with 36 CD for the price most of it is redundant.
