You can PhotoRead 2 pages in a book. It is usually better less head movement and less refocusing required. The disadvantage of Photoreading only one page in a book is you would keep losing photofocus.

You can PhotoRead single pages, loose papers and computer screens, (usually only have one 'page'). In this case we use the imaginary X technique.

Another advantage of photoreading both pages in a book is that you finish the book faster (average 2-3 minutes for a 200 page book) this is an advantage if you have little time left to incubate the book.

No on will stop you from photoreading only one page of the book at a time, you only rob yourself of faster prgress to the best benefits of photoreading.
