I have many magazines for which only 3 or 4 articles interest me. Each article is only 3 or 4 pages.

After previewing and so forth, must I skip to each article of interest before I PR or can I simply PR the entire magazine and the articles of interest will be recognized along the way. This seems a better way to keep in state instead of skipping around the magazine trying to find my selected articles.

Thanks.

Jon

Most will find that photoreading the whole magazine first helps them to find all the articles of interest anyway. So yes you can photoread the entire magazine.

When you read magazines ( And use a purpuse like "I want everything new or what I thinks interesting", school, etc )
Do you use to dip in every column because I do in most of then. I think that magazines has such dense material, and thatīs why I dip too much.
Well not every column, for example in an article about religion ( Thing that I really donīt care ) I didnīt dip too much only in informacion that told me that a thing that person believed and now the Scientst discovered thats it was a lie.
And thats really a thing that I would be interested to me.
I Just want to share an receive same of this experieances.
Thanks
Do you dip too much in magazines too?

Komplicado,

Remember, there's no such thing as dipping too much. You dip where you feel you need to dip. With time, you will hone your dipping skills.

As for me, if an article is short (a few columns) I'll state my purpose and read the entire article.

However, for longer articles, the more questions I have, the more I tend to dip. In other words, I start off with a handful of questions, then I dip to find those answers. Inevitably, as I am dipping I come up with more questions, so I go back on another activation pass to collect those answers.

Hope this helps.

Jon
