My first experience was while I took a weekend course in Silva method. http://64.71.179.145/sub/subpages/programs/pro.html ( this was in Norway, though.)

When the course was over, one of the biproducts was that my eyesight had improved. They have a relaxationtape I used later, but I do not know if they sell it to other than graduates.

2.I also encountered eye-exercises within Hatha- yoga. They have books.

3. I talked to Asian kids who did similar eyeexercises every day at school. Less glasses in class.

I have focused on this every now and then when I get the inspiration.

I can send you an e-mail with exercises, but give me some time to formulate them in English.

But one of the main points are to change your focus back and forth between (very) far and near for a couple of minutes. Relax. And then round and around. Both directions.

And relax by rubbing the palm of your hands together untill they are warm and then put them over your closed eyes and *feel* that your eyes are relaxing and getting better.

I used to have 2 pair of glasses; one for the good days and one for the tired days. two different strenghts. That way I became more conscious about the muscles in my eyes.

It works!
Good Luck!
