For someone new to this, could everyone list tapes they've had very noticeable success with? It would be very helpful.

Also, who is Paul Scheele? Is he for real and how much credability should one give him?

So far, I've only used Personal Genius and Memory Supercharger. I haven't seen that much of an increase in my abilities, but I'm not expecting to at the moment, having only had them for a few weeks.

As for your second question, perhaps Paul Scheele can answer that one for you! But think of it this way - Paul Scheele puts forward some pretty radical ideas in his books and courses by conventional education standards, but then so did Albert Einstein when he proposed the Relativity theories.

I've been using, among others, Memory Supercharger, and I can tell you right now that the call number for "Dave Barry Talks Back" from the Indian Valley Public Library is 818.5402. Yup. its that good.

I have listen to some paramliminal tapes.
So far I would rcommend Euphoria and
the Self Esteem Supercharger.

But it all depends on what you want to achieve.

How often do you use Memory Supercharger to get the results you want, Bubbles?

It says on the casecard to - initially - use it daily for a week. Dana reccomends that after that period to use it once a week for two weeks. After that, listen to it whenever you're learning something new or feel your memory slipping.

I have found that the most important aid to good memory is writing down what I want to remember, and then writing down 3 reasons it would be good for me to do so.

I think it's really important, particularly when using paraliminals, not to lose sight of common sense when devising a self-help program.

You might cultivate common sense by asking yourself, again and again:"If I'm not really bright or creative, how might I approach this issue?" I'm not saying that one shouldn't be bright or creative, but that it's important not to ignore the obvious.

best wishes,
Mike
