Long story short, I've always been a fast learner in music, writing and artism, which as I (now) see it derives from my ways of thinking or vice versa. I'm very clumsy physically and I'd really like to develop kinesthetic awareness and start being "talented" in sports - is this possible? I've got two friends who are very physical - probably more than 99% of the population, they could do handstands first time they tried and are naturally good at any sports.
Is it possible to model new behaviour on this level? With any of the tapes etc.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated..

Although it's not designed for it, I think that Instantaneous Personal Magnetism might work for you, because it allows you to model yourself after someone you know. You could do so, and imagine people raving about you due to your great athletic ability. Also, try New Behavior Generator and model your self after your friends. Here are some other, clear cut choices, too:

"Belief" to strengthen your belief that you are a great athlete and imagine yourself as a strong athlete.

and then...

"Automatic Pilot" to eliminate the self-talk that you aren't a good athlete.

OR

"Perfect Health" to align your mind and body

OR

"Self-Esteem Supercharger" and imagine yourself as an coordinated man.

OR

"Personal Genius" might be a good choice, because apparently it is designed to bring out your genius in whatever area you need. It might increase your ability to learn, and then you could work on your athletics in order to learn how to correctly use your body, easily.

I've heard from many people who have become more familiar and comfortable with their bodies. I remember one kid who was always chosen last in gym class who said he finally developed coordination and the ability to use his body after using the Paraliminals. Will you be able to do a handstand. Well, never say never. Just be careful.

Hi.

Try Feldenkrais to increase your perception and control of your body.
