I am new to photoreading. I have finished the first four tapes. I will knock out half of five today. I have many questions. I tried to read all of the posts from the last 75 days in order to answer my questions. However there are some things that are answered differently (or my perception makes them different). Anyway I would love it if someone would take a little time out and help. Thanks in advance.
Okay 7-10 books a day.
Now I orginally thought that you would read the same 7-10 books for a week and then only activate one of them. However I just read a post that talked about having to read 200-300 books in a month, meaning 7-10 different books a day. Which is correct?
Next when do you use the paraliminal tapes?
My next question is about this, site what is a member and junior member, and how do you go about changing either.
I know that this question will very from person to person, but is there a "best time" to photoread?
Lastly I feel like I am trying to force myself to hold the ideal state and blip page while staying relaxed and this is making me more tense, I am doing the breathing, but I can feel my muscles getting tighter, any suggestions?
Thanks again for your answers on this and all of the other past questions that you have answered that I allowed me to get this far.

Okay 7-10 books a day.

Both are correct 7-10 books a day is usually the same 7 to 10 books a week. You can if you wish and have access to the book go for 7 to ten different books per day however most of us don't have the lifestyle to afford that luxury with time to organise different books. Failing to obtain 10 books a day you can even photoread 1 book ten times a day. It is to train your mind to make the new connection to photoreading. Just for variety 7 to 10 books per week is enough.

Use the memory supercharger daily whenever its suits you for at least a week. If you opt to use it just before going to sleep make sure you tell yourself your purpose for listening (usually to recall what I photoread today initally). The supercharger tape is well used after a study session to help you remember what you learnt and also prior to an exam. Much the same for Personal Genius too.

Junior member means you've posted for the first time. You graduate from junior member to member after your 2nd post.

The best time to 'read' is the best time to photoread. Usually when you are able to relax and focus on the task of reading. You're right it varies from person to person.

Just relax Think of it as play rather than work or even having to keep the blip page... if it disappears.. so what? Give yourself a break and let it come back while staying with just playing with turning the pages and noticing the white spaces between the text and 4 outer edges of the book, then you're in photofocus anyway. If you've entered the accelerative learning state saying the chant and nobodys watching you who's going to know if you broke wind while photoreading. It made no difference with regular reading so if you do the steps and not quite get it 'perfect' the first time makes no difference since you can always photoread the book again if you want. Try pretending that you're just flipping pages in a magazine looking for a particular article. A different way of looking at it often removes the tension. Since you've only just finished the 4th tape go easy on yourself. If you can't go easy on yourself just notice the tension when it starts and why you think it starts and just keep going.

It's good to combine both methods of massive PhotoReading. For example, having the dictionary every day can help (as you'll never activate it unless you absolutely need to look up a word), as could texts of a very significant nature, such as the Bible or Qaran. PhotoReading one new book every day, even if you don't ever activate it, can still have a positive effect. Many PhotoReaders use PhotoReading without activation as a guide to find out if they wish to activate a book. If they feel their inner mind itching for more information, they can always activate the book later. PhotoReading previously read and activated materials can't hurt at all. Even if you've already used read a book many times before learning PhotoReading, PhotoReading can help because you look at the book with new eyes, allowing you to see new meanings and new connections.

As for Paraliminals, the way I structure my day is one upon awakening, one at lunch time (I have a one-hour lunch break), and usually Deep Relaxation upon going to bed.

When you feel your muscles tensing up, ask yourself, "Why am I tense?" Really think about it. Think about why they may want to. At this point, you may realize that there is no reason, and you can relax.

Take everything your body does as feedback, and as a signal to do something different. If doing it EXACTLY the way the program says is uncomfortable for you, find a way that uses the same methods but that you're comfortable with.
