I would suggest to you that you already know the answer to this question. You chose these particular tapes for a reason, perhaps it was intuition, perhaps you have specific goals in mind. Whatever the case, read the descriptions and directions in inside the covers of the tapes and follow your intuition. Choose one tape that "looks good" or "stands out" or "rings a bell" and try it.
There's nothing wrong with listening to multiple tapes, the problem comes from juggling purposes. When listening to the tapes it really helps to have a clear purpose in mind, and if you are listening to many tapes for multiple purposes, they may start to get a little jumbled.
Perhaps you could keep a journal of your purposes and what tape(s) you use for that purpose so that in a week or three you can go back and notice improvement and perhaps refine that purpose.
Just a few quick ideas.
