oh man. i downloaded the last 2 tapes of subliminal dynamics. on one they go over how to do their version of photoreading which appears to be almost exactly the same except you only see one page at a time, i dont think you do a blip page but you do look over the top of the book, and you are supposed to through the book back to front and front to back 3 times. Also, they say that you are supposed to PR the dictionary every day and use it on at least 30 books a day! No wonder they get spontaneous activation!
But the requirements of the system are way too time consuming. They have like a ton of exercises to do that you have to do every day. I would never be able to use this system; i just dont have the time.
