It really depends on your monitor. I do it with the Digests I'm on - I Preview and Photoread in the morning, and then I activate in the afternoon, or immediately if something I preview catches my attention. But, that's all I use it for because the "white" is just a bit much for me to look at. When I enter PhotoFocus at a computer screen, I see the same shifting sparkling patterns of color that I see when I close my eyes, only more intense. I have a Trinitron Multiscan200GS.

As far as the blip page goes, that's just a "clue" that you have a divergant gaze. To me, "divergant gaze" and "PhotoFocus" are diffent things. Divergant gaze is a way of using your eyes. PhotoFocus means being in the Ideal Learning State and using your perefrial vision. A person with one eye can enter PhotoFocus, but cannot have a "divergant gaze." Do you see what I mean?
