For me, I find that using the X technique works best for PhotoReading computer monitors. I simply imagine, like watching television - two red lines that cross from the corners, creating an X in front of me.
Almost as if someone had made a little movie clip about PhotoFocus and on the screen during this little presentation, they said - "The X technique can look like this," then they show you a black box, with the four corners...one red line going from the top right corner to the bottom left, and vice versa for another red line.
