Photoreading is just another form of reading. It cannot force you to change your mind about your ideals unless you want to. The more books you read the more likely you are to open your mind to other ideals however this becomes a conscious decision in that you've decided to become more knowledgable about the topic. Photoreading is exactly the same.
If you come across ideas that agree with your current beliefs they are empowered if you. if you decide to change your beliefs and values because of something you have learnt or didn't know before. You will know why.
See the flower in as little or as much detail as you want. The idea is to relax not labour it.
