The paul ask you to see a flour in your head, how much detail does he expect you to see? I mean, I can see anything I want basically anytime I want. Is that just I'm relaxed most of the time or I'm not doing it right?

Also, is PR bad if you don't want to change your opinion on something? Like, if your pro-abortion and U PR a a anti-abortion book, u start becoming anti-abortion?

I never worried about the flower. I figured it was a device to help people open their minds, similar to the tangerine device. Just using old developed techniques that help people get where they need to be for the best effects with the system.

Accelerated Learning State, is one of Relaxed Alertness... it is heightened by being happy (gently smile that touches the eyes), and a sense of curiousity.

When you smile and feel it evoke real happiness you can feel it at the corners of your eyes. As opposed to stretching you lips is to a broad curve. Body and mind are strongly linked and you can use either to influence the other.

So back to the flower, do it to your own satisfaction. NOPS it.

Photoreading is just another form of reading. It cannot force you to change your mind about your ideals unless you want to. The more books you read the more likely you are to open your mind to other ideals however this becomes a conscious decision in that you've decided to become more knowledgable about the topic. Photoreading is exactly the same.

If you come across ideas that agree with your current beliefs they are empowered if you. if you decide to change your beliefs and values because of something you have learnt or didn't know before. You will know why.

See the flower in as little or as much detail as you want. The idea is to relax not labour it.

There is an affirmation to the effect of "I acknowledge all the feelings evoked by this experience." In our society, there is tremendious pressure to be open minded. Feelings of disgust, anger, and even hatred tend to be considered "bad," and thus go unacknowledged. By realizing the emotional impact of what you've PhotoRead, you minimize any "damage" to your behavior.
