At the end of each tape Paul says "When you are ready". I agree with Petes comment "...it takes two days to do the course. If you put as much energy into doing the course as you have into not doing it,...". rather than take it out of context, there is some effort involved. If you devote a weekend to learning you would work through tapes one to five one day, 6-8 the following day with activation experience thrown in.
