Yes that is about right it would still take about 3 hours or even less with experience.

You have no real conscious recollection of what you have just photoread. Hence the use of manual activation techniques to bring it to your conscious mind.

Once activated the information is available to you consciously as it normally would be with regular reading. There are occasion where people have only Photoread the book and answered questions on a test spontaneously. Answering questions on a test is no different after using photoreading for studying than you have experienced with regular reading.
