skeptical, no. confused yes. I have been searching the archives. I am trying to find out what activation really is basically, since it doesnt describe it in the 5 step guide before purchasing really, and everyone on this forum already know of it. People are just talking about ways of alternating activation, etc. I know it is basically recalling it to concious memory, but I dont know how long it would take, if it stays in concious like you had just read the book, or anything like that.
