OK, this is either going to help you tremendiously or make absolutely no sense at all.

In NLP, there are words called "nomonolizations." They're verbs that have the linguistic form of nouns. For example, "I'm going to walk to the supermarket" has "I" as the subject, "am going to walk" as the predicate, and "to the supermarket" as the object. However, we could also say, "I'm going to take a walk to the supermarket." The subject is the same, but the predicate is now "going to take." The direct object is "a walk" and the indirect object is "the supermarket."

I find that what helps me to focus is to look at the turn. The motion becomes part of the information I'm preconsciously processing. I trust my inner mind enough to use the number of turns to find information when I need a "quick reference," and I also trust my inner mind not to bother my conscious mind with the exact numeration of the turns. I found that the more I concentrate on the turing, rather than the pages, the more able I am to see the fabled "blip page."

If the second paragraph made no sense at all, skip it and go right to the third.
