for springy books, like the included dictionary, how do you hold them? i tried the left thumb and index finger method mentioned, and the left side worked fine, but moving my right middle finger accross the page 1. blocks view of the page and 2. confuses me in finding a way to keep the book from closing
also, how you guys prop it up? i tried on the cassette case, but its too short to get 45* and put pressure on the top
