You never have a dream you cannot handle.

You probably had a few nightmares as a kid. Most have at one time or other had their parents check under the bed for monsters or better (to them) learnt to sleep with a light on. Somehow we survived.
If you do program for a dream, make sure you record it. It is the failure to do so that makes dreams seem more freakly or weird. It's the minds way of going, hey you asked for it and now you're not paying attention, so I'll make it so you notice it.
In all even freaky dreams are more fun than a school test.
Some dreamers have found their dreams worth their weight in gold. Frankenstein's Monster was a freaky dream don't you think?
If you don't want freaky dreams tell yourself as part of the dream programing that you will wake up easily if the dream becomes too creepy.
If you do happen to wake up with night paralysis just concentrate on wiggling your little finger and only your little finger. It will move in a matter of second and the paralysis will be gone.
