In regards to the binaural stuff, I used the Brainwave Generator to modify a preset session someone else had made called "Hypnagogic Hologram". When I listened to that person's original version of it, seemed immersed in a strange stream of disconnected imagery. It is essentially a session which sweeps through a certain portion of EEG frequencies. I cannot recall for certain without being home and looking at the preset. I modified it by placing a 40Hz binaural which was only on when the "main" sweep was at 8Hz (5th subharmonic). This was extremely powerful for me. Whenever I listen to that, it serves to increase dream recall AND vividness. This was before I had heard of the Dream Play paraliminal. Since I've got that one now, I may experiment with embedding the modified Hypnagogic preset under it. maybe not. DP is pretty powerful as it is
