Never heard of that. "The speed of thought" hmmm, I wonder what that's supposed to mean. It's hard to distinguish what a thought is physically, and electromagnetically all fields and impulses travel at that the same rate. Hz is a measure of frequency, how fast the wave oscillates. Do you have more info?
