Good question? In addition I don't think it to be possible for students like myself either. Furthermore, I reserve a great amount of skepticism for this practice. I can find no good reason why it should be of benefit beyond the fact that one gets more waking hours, and presumably more sleep-deprivation. Personally it takes me at least 20-30 minutes to fall asleep, unless I'm incredibly tired. Now if I'm not mistaken trying the napping schedule wouldn't actually reduce the amount of time I would have to spend asleep, if it took an additional 20-30 minutes each nap. Try this method at your own risk, I'll be interested to hear how effectively you manage to improve yourself by this zany technique. Personally, I enjoy sleeping and dreaming-- especially lucid dreaming-- and I see no reason to cut it out of my life.
