It's really up to you about the schedual. True polyphasic sleep is a 20-30 minute nap every 4 hours, thus 6 naps a day, and 2-3 hours of sleep.

Try to decrease the sleep gradually, i.e., first night 6 hours core sleep, one nap. Second, 4 hours, two naps; third night, 3 or so hours of sleep and two or three naps.

3-4 hours of core sleep with two to three naps might work.

About the delta, I personally don't know. I might try an hour delta nap using Brain Wave generator. So, my hypothetical schedual might look like this. 9:30 pm-hour delta nap
1:00-3:30 am core sleep
8 am optional nap
12 pm nap
4 pm nap
