One thing I didn't notice until recently was the connection between PhotoFocus and the Intuitive Focus used by Ross Jeffries in Speed Seduction. In PhotoFocus, both eyes are defocused and a fixed point of attention is above and behind the head. With Intuitive Focus, one eye is looking at a fixed point of attention; looking directly into the eye of the other. The other eye is defocused and looking "through" the person at a point about three feet behind them. This allows the brain to get very strange insights and intuitions. It's like seeing auras, only you see metaphors for their character traits, rather than colors. I believe the connection between them is in their ability to channel visual information to the "right brain." Paul Scheele learned the PhotoFocus technique from the book "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain." (Perhaps "was inspired to create" would be better than "learned").
