Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer slow reading caused by possible dry eyes- any advice?

I have some symptoms of dry eyes and I think it prevents me from reading fast
(esp. in the speed reading step)because my eyeballs don't move rapidly.

however, I'm concerned about the safety of eye medication. Is there anyone who can give me tips on fighting dry eyes without taking any medication?

Also, has anyone got any information about the side- effects and possible danger of the ingredients in eye-care medication? Please inform me.

That is a question that you should be asking a Doctor or at the very least a pharmacists in person. On a forum you don't know if anyone is really qualified to give that answer.

I have a problem with dry flesh in general. I find a humidifier helps. Eventually, I'd like to move to a swampy area.

the problem with swampy areas is heat (high humidy heat) and worse yet, SKEETERS!!! And are you vacinated for malaria yet? Good idea with the humidifier tho.

I get dry eyes. I try to stay away from comp reading. Drink water, humidifer, uhh... take breaks, work 1hr, 10min relaxation. Close your eyes for 10min can REALLY help.
