One thing that helps me stay awake is my Rather Loud Wind-up Timer. It keeps me from over-dipping, reminds me of exactly when to quit, and acts as a general anchor for activation. I just read 65 pages of "The Aeneid" in 25 minutes. This includes taking a few minutes to get into State, regular-reading the first two pages I started on as perperation for super-reading.

Accelerated Learning state is correct.

If you are going to use music during activition and learning I suggest Mozart or Baroque, To avoid being distracted by the music.

To conquer boredom make it a habit to stick to the time limits you set. I.e. if you say you are going to activate for 20 minutes, then you must stop after 20 minutes whether you finished or not. Take a break and set another time limit. This helps to keep you focused on finding the information you seek within the time and gives you an end in sight. Never go over the time you set.

Alex
