You posted a while back regarding taking a mental photograph of something then manipulating it in your head leading to improved recall. Well i read something the other day about dissociating (ie imagining looking at yourself while you do things) and wondered whether you can do it while PRing.
It struck me that if you saw the book and yourself in your mind's eye, because you would be then manipulating the image of the page whether that would work similar to your experience.
I remember reading somewhere on this board that somebody dissociates instead of using the tangerine technique.
Do any other PRers have experience of using dissociation while PRing? Does it have any benefits for learning maybe?
