Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer War Posts

I come here to learn and give advice for Photoreading, not to debate politics.

I go elsewhere to other sites to debate, and trust me I love a good debate. A good debate against someone who has facts. It seems today that most people have no facts in their arguments, they cannot add anything constructive, and most importantly the cannot think for themselves.

Almost every discussion board I've been to has degenerated into name calling over the War. Let's not take this one in the same direction.

The Photoreading forum is too useful to too many people for that.

Off-topic posts add flavor and reveal more about the people here. However I'm a little surprised that the war thread hasn't been deleted. I'm sorry if our little thought exercise bothered you.

These long, rambling off topic posts are actually very useful for practicing PR...Folks should just keep clearly labeling their posts in the subject line and if others are interested, well, no need to read 'em.

I think that if the board can get to a point where PhotoReading is the driving voice of the majority of the conversations and discussions are all about other things, that would be nice to see. I agree that it does reveal a lot about the people here. I think it's nice to be able to see the views of others on this forum when they're presented responsibily, and intelligently.

That's my outlook on it. If it can stay intelligent and responsible, I'm all for it.

If you're talking about no one having facts or information to base any of their arguments on, when do we ever really have facts and information to base any argument on?
