I have a problem of not necesarily haveing two voices in my head, but of having one voice and music always playing in my head. It is almost constant, just random songs off the radio playing through my head as if i was hearing them. Is this interfering w/ my PRing? If so, what can i do about it? The only thing i have been able to do w/ it is when i have a song i don't like going, i can usually change to another song, but i can't just stop...

My suggestion is enjoy it. If you like put on some mozart or baroque while photoreading this can help to keep the mind in the ideal state too. There are occasions when appropriate music is handy to the process. However it's pointless anchoring yourself to music since it's not always convienient to "plug yourself in".That's why the photoreading system encourages you to stay free of external attachments.

I doubt that it will adversely affect your photoreading skills unless you decide to make an issue of it. Like I said if you happen to experience that, enjoy it and put on the helpful styles of music rather than rock and roll types at least you don't need to worry about the batteries going flat or wiring yourself up, use baroque; mozart; or wordless music when photoreading and enjoy the benefits of putting your mind into the appropriate state using your own internal triggers.

So am i the only person out there who has "a song stuck in my head" nearly 24-7? I don't even own a cd player or anything, I only listen to music occasionally (usually country or rock). Anybody here have a similar..affliction.. for the lack of a better word?

No, you're ABSOLUTELY not the only person who has music always stuck in their head. And I think Alex is right about the whole thing. If you have something like that, where it can play in perfect accuracy and tone in your head, and you can remember every detail - just take it as a gift.

Myself, sometimes I can hear Mozart, or even Evanescence clear as day in my head. I even have a friend who has a telekinetic gift to be able to tune into radiowaves sometimes!

Does this friend just happen to have any kind of metal plate in his/her head, body, or braces? I have heard many cases of implants, esp. metal ones, picking up mostly AM radio and transmitting it to the nervous system. I have also heard the "singing fence" phenomenom which is when a metal fence vibrates against a pole in tune with a local AM radio station... I had braces once, and i had the ability to hear TV's and monitors near ultrasonic squeal from fairly long distances, esp. when they were first turned on... also interesting to note i still can to some extent. Just my friendly ramble for the day

P.S. I can hear almost all music played back perfectly if i have heard the song 2 or 3 times, most of it if only heard once. I may have to download some mozart.. I have also heard that many of the most ingenious ppl in the world listen to preclassical...

As for me, I am more intrigued by classical music and relaxing music. Recreation and variation of songs in my head for lesuire time in class room when things get too boring. Mood sometimes trigger different pieces playing. But these things causes me to take longer time to get into state for quality PRing.

lol No, she does not have any metal work of any kind. She's had this gift since she was a child. When she gets very stressed out, and her brain is operating on a high level of hertz(she's suffered from seizures because of having so much energy), that's when it's easiest for her to do it, because that's when the eletrical energy and all this other weird stuff is shooting out, and being disturbed.

Not only can she tune into radio waves sometimes, but can also PREDICT the next song to come on, as well as sometimes general events that take place around her. And, according to her, she can see something along the lines of 'the supernatural realm.' May sound far fetched, but believe me - I know her, and WOW! It's totally believable.

ENJOY THE MUSIC MAN!!! you don't even have to carry a cd player or radio around.

I enjoyed it, taking a bath, driving, (my boss talking to me for endless hours about a project I don't really care about), yeap enjoy the music I say.

Don't worry about it, just enjoy it.
